Our Purpose
The purpose of Youth Ministry at Westminster Presbyterian Church is to create a youth community that is actively seeking, receiving and manifesting the kingdom of God. Partnering with parents, we are in the “disciple development” business. We want to deepen our relationship with God as we care for one another and share community. We will learn how to share the Good News and encourage spiritual maturity through continued learning.
When do we meet?
Middle School (6th – 8th grades) and High School Youth each have two opportunities each week for fellowship, learning and fun.
Any adults interested in assisting with the Middler hour, please feel free to contact Dan at 838-3131 or 313-2371.
Mission Opportunities
Throughout the year both groups participate in local mission opportunities such as CROP Walk, Feed My Starving Children, Habitat for Humanity, cooking for the Hammond Warming Shelter, and caring for our elders and shut-ins. Need to contact the Youth Director outside of church?
